About the District
Terracina Community Development District is a 175.809 acre district located at the southwest corner of Belvedere Road and Jog Road in unincorporated Palm Beach County. The District consists of 460 single family residential units. The District was created by Palm Beach County Ordinance 2004-006 in March, 2004.
